Swimming refreshes me, combining a great workout with a sense of calm. The water clears my mind and energizes.
I love exploring new cultures and cuisines, which often inspire my nutritional advice.
My home is filled with various plants, creating a calming and oxygen-rich environment.
Experimenting in the kitchen with wholesome ingredients is one of my favorite hobbies.
Hiking and spending time outdoors recharge my spirit and keep me grounded.
